I am a scholar of Japan, but I am no longer (strictly) an academic and today I am the curator of Arx.
I have been living and spending time in Japan for more than twenty years: Tokyo in the 90s, Kyoto until 2014, and now I am in Sapporo.
Since the early days of the Web, I have collaborated as a developer of platforms and content for private and state institutions, both academic and otherwise, in Italy, Japan, and Australia.
I sincerely hope that Arx can become the precise and perfect alternative for scholars and academics—people like me, who believe that there can always be a space where technology and convenience do not erode humanity and ethics.
If you write a message to Arx to request information, assistance, or the development of new features, I will most likely be the one to respond to you directly.
